Manteo welcomes new employee Jo Briggs

Jo Briggs has joined the Town of Manteo, filling the position of accountant and deputy finance officer.
Briggs earned a bachelor of science in business administration with a major in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She is a certified public accountant.
